How to unlock or turn off Registrar Lock for my domain

Here you can turn off the registrar lock on your domain.  You will need to do this if you need to transfer our your domain to another registrar. 

1. What You Need

• Username and password to log into the Support Portal.

2. The Process

1. Log into Support Portal. (More Info)

2. From the top menu, click Domains > Click My Domains.

3. Here you can view all your domains purchased here.

4. Click on the domain you want to make changes too.

5. On the right side under Additional Details section, uncheck the Registrar Lock box.
