Here's what the setup process looks like.
Tell us about your business
Send us your website URL, a description of what you do, and any documents or FAQs you have — price lists, service descriptions, common questions you get from customers. The more detail, the better the chatbot.
We build and train it
We set up the chatbot and either train it ourselves (full-service plan) or get it ready for you to train (self-serve plan). This usually takes 2–3 business days.
We install it on your site
We add the chat widget to your website — a small piece of code that works on any platform. You test it, make sure you're happy with the answers, and we adjust anything that needs fixing.
It goes live — and keeps improving
Your chatbot is live and answering customers. As your business changes, we update the training. On the full-service plan, just email us the changes and we handle it.
