Please open a support ticket with the following info:
- The website you want copied over.
- Your current host control panel username and password.
- Your WordPress username and password.
Will you move emails as well?
- If your hosting account is using cPanel or Directadmin, your emails will be included in the account backup.
- If you are using another control panel, we may need the password for your email access to migrate them as well.
