Refunds are given out when the following is met:
- New/first-time buyers only
- Within 14 days of order
- Web hosting services only
When refunds will not be given out
- After 14 days of service
- On any domain registration
- Any WordPress design services
- Any other fee for services charged.
NOTE:
If you forget to cancel your services or ignore invoices, they will get processed automatically.
No refunds will be given out for any user who forgets to cancel.
