Troubleshooting
Domain Not Loading
- DNS may not be pointed to your server
- Check nameservers at your registrar
- DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours
Cannot Add Domain
- Your hosting plan may limit domain count
- The domain may already exist on the server
SSL Not Working
- Ensure “Secure SSL” is enabled
- Issue a Let’s Encrypt certificate under SSL Certificates
- Domain must resolve to the server before SSL can be issued
